Owner & Founder
Paul started PHR with just 4 message boards and built the company from the ground up. Two decades later, he continues to actively direct development and cultivate new opportunitues.

Vice President, Operations
Bengy has been with PHR for over a decade, leading the development of our extensive fleet and inventory. He oversees maintenance and logistics while continuing to develop our expanding service department.

General Manager
The newest member of the management team, Travis oversees all our information systems including HR, IT, AP and AR. He is also the lead for our expansion into Smart Workzones and Advanced Clean Technologies.

Pam has been with PHR from the early days of the company. She oversees the movement of all staff, vehicles, and equipment. She is our primary troubleshooter and is often the first point of contact for existing customers.
