Paul Indelicato, Owner

Before starting Pacific Highway Rentals in 2002, Paul was managing special event parking and traffic for major venues including the Georgia Dome, San Jose Arena, Oakland Coliseum and Arena, Sears Points Raceway and Las Vegas Motor Speedway.  His experience in dealing with large crowds, traffic control and event logistics motivated him to start his own business. He started slow with just 4 message boards and build Pacific Highway Rentals from the ground up. Today, he has an extensive fleet of equipment and vehicles. He continues to manage the day-to-day operations while overseeing a full-time staff of employees who support Pacific Highway Rental’s customers.

Bengy Guptill, Jr., Manager

Bengy Guptill, Jr. has lived in the Bay Area his entire life and is truly a product of the construction industry. His first job was working for his father’s construction equipment company part-time while attending school. He spent 16 years with Ingersoll Rand in a number of positions including Rental Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Outside Rentals Sales, Outside Sales, Abrasive Blasting Specialist, Asphalt Paving Specialist, Assistant Sales Manager, and Distribution Sales Manager for Northern Cal-Northern Nevada-Hawaii. He also spent 4 years working for Bomag Americas #1 Bomag Paver Dealer in the US and helped grow and maintain the market share.
